PS, I can't also seem to select any other party member aside from the ones already in the party for some reason.
As for the party member thing, that's the issue: I can't talk with the others not already in my party. I have Hiho and Osh'to in my team, but booting up the newest build for some reason now bars me entirely from talking with the other two to change. Hover my mouse over Scylla and Samara's luscious bodices all I want, the text bubble simply refuses to appear.
I did change devices in between the two latest builds though, maybe exporting and importing the save files caused some issues?

Hey, thank you! We will never use any kind of generative AI in our games. They have some advantages, but we prefer the creative authenticity produced by hand work. Yes we have some saurian smut planned. Gold and Sand will be finished before Avarice, because it's meant to be a lot smaller game. Avarice is still pretty far from done. We might localize the comics one day, some fans translated some of the comics in their own language.

I know Steam has country adjusted prices so the game should be sold for cheaper in your country, but sadly that's not an option with Patreon at the moment. So for you it's probably best to wait until the full game is released on Steam. Gold & Sand will be released on Steam first by the way.

Yeah the MC isn't a blank slate unlike some other cRPG, so you can't choose his gender. But like you said Gold & Sand has a female protagonist instead.

The web version on itch is just a demo, but the version you download is the full current version of the game (you need patreon to unlock everything). Once the game is finished there wont be any distinction between the itch, steam and patreon versions. Check the walkthrough to see which quests are public and which are patreon only.
You will be able to play Avarice and Gold & Sand in any order. Personally I would probably play Avarice first, but they don't spoil each-other.

What do you mean by "select any other party member"? To change party you need to talk to a companion not already in it and ask them to join.

I have two problems..
1- When the game restarts itself on mac upon the 36.5 update, it just crashes.
2- I can't talk to the guy at the green house. The game won't let me talk to him. Is this related to the first problem?
