so i started to read comic and later i discovered video of this game and now i see it well still wonder if this game is made by some inspiration or just new idea

The game takes place 87 years before the comic in the same setting, but a different place. Of course most of the characters in the comic aren't born yet, but you will see familiar faces...

Is there any quest you can repeat for coins? or Zone with loot that refresh? I tend to play a bribe-heavy play-trough where I try to be the least murder-y as possible, and it leaves me quite poor (a way of playing I am sure Hilo can appreciate :) )

There is no repeatable content to make money at the moment but yeah we will probably add some eventually.

Hey, I think you missed the door at the bottom right of this room. That's where you access this area.

is there a way to repeat scenes?

In the gallery menu, but in the game itself I think only Moira is repeatable at the moment. We plan to have more repeatable content eventually, once we have time to make the writing for it.

Is there a character creator in this? Or do you play as the Elf?

No it's only the elf, and he is not a blank slate either. Think of it like The Witcher protagonist. We might add some cosmetic options (you can already set his color), but nothing beyond that.

what kind of cosmetic options would you add if you were to do it?

We have skin and clothes color. Maybe some clothing options later, but not much because we would need to edit all the CG and animated scenes.

i just stared playing but the bath picture is just black with floating towels and the  one scene some part of it is just black and i think it will be the same with the rest of the scenes too. how to fix this

For anyone wondering, this may happen on older integrated GPU (old laptops), which aren't supported. We may put some work later to handle them, but no promises.

at the beninning it was an epic game...sadly they ruin all and the game is not more worth....again...really sad end...nothing news since 4 or more update lots of bug and nothing new to see or to do...bah

If you mean there is nothing new in the public version, that's true but it was always meant to be a demo. So if you liked the public build you will also enjoy the full game.

I would also like to know the bugs you are experiencing, so we can fix them.

Just trying out this great looking game tonight for the first time and I am curious.  Does the content from the "full game" on Patreon eventually make it into the public release? I am not quite clear on the difference between the public and full game.  If you could clarify that I am certainly interested in supporting it if I like what I see in the public version.  Thanks!

Hey, unfortunately no, our goal is to publish the game on steam when it is done, so it will always have a paid part to it. The walkthrough shows which quest are public / patreon, but essentially the first act of the game is public (all the first quest / scene of the companions and brothel girls, as well as a bunch of others).

Ah OK great thank you.  I have no issue at all with that.  Every developer has every right to charge for their hard work. I was just looking for clarification.  I do hope that once you get it on Steam there will not be remaining content locked behind Patreon like some developers do. I think that is pretty scummy to their paid customers on Steam.  Good luck on your game and I look forward to trying the demo.

nah dude, I meant it as you can’t play SHIT ON MAC because it will then proceed to just kill itself slowly. I’ve been reading the comic tho :). I’m honestly impressed by how much work y’all put into the world and lore to a HGame. I wish you all the best.

Where is the safe file located?

Cuz, I bought a new Laptop, and I already got so far in the game, and I don't wanna lose my progress. If anyone knows, please tell me.

So I'm in the whispering bandits dungeon, I looked at the walkthrough cause I can't find a key for the door before the sunken face. Ive checked the entire dungeon and I want to know if I'm blind or I should have gotten it before hand by looking in the town?

Hey, the key is at the very south of the dungeon (you might have missed a good in the dark).

This game has an interesting world and a equally wonderful story behind each of the characters and setting which I quite like. Most importantly, will this game ever plan to be on Steam?

I have a question about the story line.  Do I understand correctly that the main quest is actually the story about our two demons, ladies?  Will the story continue to develop here?  I'm asking because my skill tree is already maxed out and if the story goes on for a long time (which I really hope!) then all the XP points from now on are actually superfluous. ;)

The skills are not balanced yet, that's why it's so easy to get everything unlocked. The main story is about the Kaldea / Athlathka crisis, and the demons do have a non specified role in it. Obviously it's not finished yet, but we have everything planned.

Its a total breath of fresh air; the scenes themselves have so much attention to detail, the dialogue is actually well written and respects me as the reader with it's intelligent and clever phrasing and story telling, the art is simply magnificent - the characters are so expressive and alive. The music too is a professional production worthy of just listening to on its own. The mechanics and gameplay are fun and engaging and I have no doubt will continue to improve as development goes on - In fact I have no doubt at all that the final product will be a success. You have here not just one of the best erotic games on the market with what it is already, (and one to surely stand with the greats when it's finished) but also a fun and interesting game on it's own, with interesting characters and world that draws me in and gets me excited for more! Clearly lots of hard work and love has gone into this. I wait eagerly for the final product and will be cheering you on! Good job, and thank you.

The development is still in progress, and we are passed the midpoint. There is a lot of content already to play with though, and a bunch of it is free.

three questions; is there equipment, does skin change based on said equipment, and is there erotic equipments?

There is combat gears but no armors / swords choices. And the player skin doesn't change much at the moment. Erotic scene don't have equipment.

We might translate it but there is a huge amount of text, so we don't know how realistic it is at the moment. The game might have over a million words at the end.

For the sex scenes: what about some gang bang and or transsexual scenes? And: what do you think about a skill tree for the sex scenes?

Thank you. Scenes with multiple girls will be a thing, but we don't plan to have multiple males or futa at the moment, so don't hold your breath for those but who knows. I never thought of doing a dedicated skill tree for scenes. It could be something we add later on if it make sense and we have the time.

It's all OK!  It's still an powerful and really good game.  You know your target group better than I do.  I thought about it because society is constantly diversifying and becoming more colorful

EDIT: I figured it out. Leveling is very important, it's probably worth it to have a larger notification than the little red exclamation mark at the top of the screen. after picking up a decent skill and swapping it out for parry, I was finely able to win the fight.



This game has really, really good art but confusingly balanced combat. From what I can tell, enemies get to use 2 attack actions per turn, plus any non-attack actions they have. For example, the second fight of the game, (when running up to a hex 3 distance from them) will use the following series of moves (I will be attacking their arms with slash each round):

turn 1:

bandit: move to you. hefty swing (30 dmg), move to you again because of the knockback, delay action

me: slah (14 dmg)

turn 2:

bandit: basic action (45 dmg), kick (5 dmg + slow)

me: slash (14 dmg)

turn 3:

basic action (45 dmg), back off (25 dmg + slow + push)

me: slash (14 dmg)

turn 4:

hefty swing (30 dmg, push, +30 dmg if you hit a wall), unstoppable (+6 strength tokens, increasing all further damage), basic action (45 dmg), 

me: slash (14 dmg)

turn 5:

bandit: basic action (45 dmg), bash (15 dmg + steal all limb defence)

me: slash (14 dmg)

turn 6:

bandit kick (5dmg), out of cards, delayed action

me: slash (14 dmg)

turn 7: 

bandit: basic action (45 dmg), hefty swing (30 dmg, push, +30 dmg if you hit a wall)

I am out of HP and die

that is a total of 335 damage from them with several status effects and 84 from me (all the damage values are going off prediction and looking at the card descriptions in their discard, I didn't record actual attack values). 

to ilustrait my point, here is how one turn went when we were both at full HP:

One of his attacks, which he used along side unstopable in the same turn, dealt 27 damage, injured my head, brought my arm armor from 28 to 4, and applied 3 points of bleed damage.

one of my attacks on him deals 6 damage and brought his arm armor from 28 to 22

I am sorry about the essay, but I just want to make it clear the difficulty I am having. It mathematically seems impossible to beat the second fight of the game (where you are scripted to lose the first one). The enemy has between 2 and 3 times as many actions as you on their turn, and almost every single one of the actions they get does signifigantly more damage than you. I am sure there is something I am missing, but I have spent over an hour on this fight, trying every strategy I can possibly think of, and nothing has even come close to working. And this is only on normal difficulty. that isn't including the fact that several of their attacks not only do massive damage, but also hit multiple random limbs (or at least, the limbs they hit are not revealed when using preperation) so you can't plan around their really strong attacks with parry.

Again, I am sure I am doing it wrong, but I just want to know WHAT I am doing wrong and how I should be doing combat.

Thank you for all that. Yeah the combat still need a lot of polishing and balancing, but we are getting to it. A lot of enemies and skills are somewhat out of date, and we definitely need a combat tutorial.

I don't get the combat, maybe I'm just inept but it seems impossibly hard so I just skip most of it if I can. I really love the artwork and there is so much detail in the dialogue which Is impressive

Overall 8/10 in it's current state. I'm really excited to see this game more polished and fleshed out!

The saves carry over automatically but there is no guarantee they will work between versions (they most often do though).

Yes eventually, but we are focusing on the desktop version for now.

Is there a rough release date for the android? Been wanting to play either of these but pc got fried in an electrical surge (wont trust surge protecters ever again) so android is the only system i can anymore.

No, we didn't start on that yet, prioritizing to make a good desktop experience first. But we will get to android eventually, we just have limited resources to work with.

is there any way to download the game faster? maybe with a compressed version? sadly i just can’t download it all in one go with my laptop’s low battery output and the slow download speed

I don't get how to work card baiting at all.
I try to remove  Riposte from the thief, but that dude make Riposte anyway right after my turn,

Maybe there's a bug. I can't remove those perks by Right Mouse Button, but other perks don't have problems with it.

The right click is a temporary feature, we aren't sure if we will allow the skills to be refunded in the final game. Those two can't be refunded in case you carry items or skills over the limit (temporary fix).

Why some enemies can walk 3-5 cells and attack 3 times in one turn?
But the protagonist cannot do same actions with high levels, just because there's not any skills to attack 2-3 times and run from enemies for one turn.
I'm not so sure, but maybe many unopened skills are useless, and only simple strike and parry skills are useful.

Yeah we need to do some serious balancing with the combat movements and skills, it's still pretty unpolished.

Is there a good place for hunting, working for gold, grinding or sim life elements?
Or the game has all enemies and money spawned only by quests!?

At the moment there is no grinding or xp farming. We might add some of that but it needs to be balanced properly.

Neverending batlle in the thief guild have some bugs. I survive 3 or 5 waves and get 2 spawned bandits in one sector. After killing one bandit, the game AI thinks here's the free sector, but that sector still have one thug.  Is it impossible to kill all thieves?
I killed 30-50 bandits, but the game spawns them again.

No it's not possible to survive, but we should probably make them harder in this fight, and fix the overlapping. Thanks.

I thought it's a really good challenge  :'(
(maybe with 100 or 1000 thieves to clear all city from dirt people, lol)

I forgot to say, I played hard mode. In other battles enemies are very hard.
